I am a native Floridian who has moved from the Orlando area to the north end of Longboat key. I went to the University of Florida and am an avid Gator fan! I fell in love with Longboat after my wife's sister showed me the area.I am also active in Longboat Key Turtle Watch, being a permitted volunteer, I protect nesting sea turtles on Longboat Key. I have had a rental property in Longboat and know the value of investment properties on the key. The beaches are the most beautiful of any that are in Florida. The sunsets will amaze you! The fact that we have the bay on one side and the beach on the other makes this the perfect place for vacationing or boating.
